The fine print:
~ A deposit of one night's stay or half the total amount due (whichever is greater) will secure your reservation. (Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted.)
~ Seven (7) days' cancellation notice is required for a full refund.
~ Check-in is between 4 and 6 p.m. Checkout is 11 a.m. If you need an earlier or later check-in, please just let us know.
~ For the protection of this historic property and for everybody's comfort, the England House Bed and Breakfast is a "No Smoking" (of any kind ) property. (Candles and incense, too. )
~ The England House Bed and Breakfast is not well-suited for children under ten.
~ Sorry, but we cannot accommodate your pet. We can refer you to someone who can.
